Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in various clerical functions. Experienced CPA

Our staff! We currently have two partners, we want to develop new partners internally, so our primary focus is recruiting CPA candidates that eventually would like to be partners. WHAT IS THE WORK LIKE?

You will gain a wide range of experience working with us, and we will see that you are well trained and prepared to succeed in our office as a CPA. We have a very diverse clientele, and we provide our clients many different services. You will get thoroughly versed in income tax preparation, planning and research, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, payroll, and financial statement preparation. The office has a very strong trust and estate niche. Opportunity is available in that specialty and many others.

WHAT IS THE AREA LIKE?

Our office is located in North Bend, Oregon, which is located in Coos County. The Coos Bay/North Bend area is the largest community on the Oregon Coast. Coos County has a population of approximately 65,000 people. It is small enough to feel off the beaten path, but large enough to offer many of the conveniences you would expect from a larger community. We are minutes from beaches and excellent hiking and kayaking. If you are an outdoors enthusiast, this community is for you.
